The Hull and district Cerebral Palsy Society welcomes membership applications from all people regardless of their age or ability.
Membership is completely free and provides people with access to a support network and community of volunteers, other members with Cerebral Palsy in their families.
To become a member of the society simply fill in a membership form and return it with a letter (photocopies accepted) as proof of Cerebral Palsy from either a GP, physiotherapist, social worker or any other health professional.

THE BENEFITS
Some of the many benefits to joining the society are;

Regular newsletters providing updates on events and services are provided to all CP society members and their families.

Grants are available to members for assistance with specialist equipment, accessibility improvements and also towards bereavement costs when a member passes away.

Discounted rates apply for society members for the use of the adapted minibus and also the holiday home in Bridlington.

Organised days out at discounted rates.

Annual dinner dance for member and primary carer.
